LPN

Welcome to Midwest Covenant Home Inc. in Stromsburg, NE. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as an LPN.

THIS POSITION IS FOR AN OFF SHIFT LPN WITH A GOOD WORK ETHIC. IT IS FT/PT AND REQUIRES A WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY ROTATION.

You must enjoy working with the elderly and want to work in a family like environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have a valid LPN license and a passion for helping others. Experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents

We have FT/PT openings with complete benefit package, competitive wage that is based on experience and positive work environment. We now offer an incentive bonus of up to $8 /hr on top of base wage for our off shift nurses. We are open to 8 or 12 hour shifts. 12 hr shifts would be 615p-645a. 8 hour shifts would be 230p-11p or 1030p-7a. We have flexible scheduling. As an Nurse at Midwest Covenant Home Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. Your duties will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and providing emotional support to residents and their families. You will work closely with our team to create individualized care plans and ensure that each resident receives the personalized attention they deserve.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a valid license and a passion for helping others. Experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
